Good communication, on time and delivered as promised. It took more than 4 months for shipping 20ft container from Melbourne to Krakow, Poland but it was worth to hire Kent Removals for the job. Most of my belongings I packed my self, but I was pleasantly surprised to noticed that some of those items has been professionally repacked by Kent in Melbourne. That saved them from the damage. Packing for such a long voyage is very important so do it yourself or hire professionals you can trust.
