You would be better off using two blokes and a van, or even donkey and cart, absolute debacle! We paid for the total package, total packing and total unpacking interstate move, with extra for husbands laser machines to be crated and transported by their 'professionals' in heavy machinery / items, what a joke, the larger laser was crated but the smaller one was transported not crated completely un protected, just sat on top of the larger one, my husbands face when he saw them in the truck wow just wow, they used contractors for all stages which I am not kidding were the best part of this terrible experience they did work like crazy, but one guy on packing day well it just couldn't be done, we did so much ourselves, Kent must be one or two dedicated office staff at the most, or at least that what it seems, I am happy for the folks who have gave them high reviews I really wish I could be one of them, but I am not, I will be following up with an insurance claim when I empty all these boxes and check our belongings but it already doesn't look good
