After sending images, I got a call from Jim O'Malley who, after look v at our images, gave me some very helpful advice, advising that our problem probably isn't a damp issue and we need another professional. He could easily have come out, charged us a survey fee and then said the same thing but he didn't. Extremely helpful and professional and wouldn't hesitate recommending Kenwood for one second!
