We have just formally instructed Kenwood to carry out quite extensive damp-proofing works and to date we have been very impressed with the service. James O’Malley has been informative, reassuring and very helpful as we really have no prior knowledge of this kind of work. More than anything, he has been very good at getting back to us almost immediately with replies to our queries and making sure the work is getting done in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the service so far.
Couldn’t be happier with Tom farmer and Cian. They worked incredibly hard to get the job done quickly and to a high standard. They explained everything in full detail to me and answered all questions I had. They were so genuine and polite and left the place spotless. Couldn’t recommend these two enough!
This company were efficient. They were able to view the issue of condensation and fit the relevant device quickly. Whilst it is quite costly, it was worth it to get rid of the black mould. Within in days of the device being fitted the mould is starting to reduce.
