I usually don’t write reviews, but I am extremely upset about my experience caused by the company's error! I received the wrong order entirely. I ordered a kettle and toaster but got a set of glasses instead, which I was told was part of a promotional offer. The first representative couldn’t explain how this happened or why my order was missing. I was assured my correct order was still on its way, but tracking showed only the glasses were delivered. I suspect I was misled to end the chat. The next day, another representative told me that an investigation was necessary, which could take up to 10 WORKING days! I am now without my money or my order. A reputable company would resolve this immediately by refunding or resending the order while handling their investigation separately, as the fault lies with them, not me. They are holding my money/order for up to 10 working days. I expressed how unacceptable this is since the error is theirs and asked to speak with a manager multiple times, only to be told to follow procedures. I understand mistakes happen, but the handling of this situation is shocking, showing no regard for my circumstances, especially since this was a gift with time constraints. Now I am left without my order or refund while they sort out their mistake—how is that fair?! I am absolutely furious and cannot believe the treatment from what I thought was a reputable company. Beware that you may be left to deal with their errors.
