Extremely Frustrating Experience

I rarely write reviews, but I am very frustrated with the situation caused by the company's mistake! I received the wrong order instead of what I requested. I ordered a kettle and toaster but got glasses instead, which were said to be part of a promotion. The first representative could not explain the mix-up. I was assured my correct order was still on the way, but upon tracking, I found that only the glasses had been delivered. The next day, I contacted customer service again and was informed that an investigation was needed, which could take up to 10 WORKING days for a response! I am left without my money or my order. A reputable company would resolve this immediately by issuing a refund or sending a replacement order, while conducting their investigation on their own time. They are holding my money and order for potentially 10 working days. I expressed how unacceptable this is, given that the mistake was theirs, and I requested to speak with a manager multiple times, only to be told to follow procedures. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this has been handled is shocking, showing no consideration for my situation, especially since this was a time-sensitive gift. Now, I am left without my order or refund while they address their error—how is that fair?! I am furious and cannot believe the treatment from what I thought was a reliable company. Be cautious that you may be left to deal with the consequences of their mistakes.
