The bus was delayed by an hour and a half, leaving me outside with no shelter from the -17°C temperatures. I was initially informed of a half-hour delay. After 15 minutes on the phone, I learned that the bus was on the highway, but no specific arrival time was provided. I waited another 30 minutes after the call. Standing in the freezing cold for an hour without proper updates is completely unacceptable. I intend to take legal action due to this poor service. THIS SERVICE WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD FOR AN HOUR!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
