The bus was an hour and a half late, leaving me waiting outside in -17°C with no shelter. I received a notification for a half-hour delay, and after 15 minutes on the phone, I was told the bus was on the highway but without a clear arrival time. I waited another 30 minutes post-call. Standing outside in freezing temperatures for an hour without updates is unacceptable. I plan to escalate this issue legally due to the inadequate service. THIS SERVICE WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE COLD FOR AN HOUR!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Confusing ticket pricing and lack of transparency

The bus was comfortable and the journey was smooth. However, I dislike their pricing policy. They advertise tickets starting at 15 euros per person for the route, but by the final payment step, the price increases to 19 euros (an extra 8 euros for two people). This lack of transparency is frustrating.

No refund despite mistake

A parking ticket was mistakenly issued, and after paying it, I requested a refund. The official response was that once paid, it is considered resolved, and there is no option to appeal. If a mistake occurs, they claim the money as theirs.

Hazardous conditions for pedestrians

I fell while crossing tram lines to reach the public pavement due to mud at the edge, resulting in a heavy fall that damaged my coat. I reached out to the relevant network, but they closed the case, stating it was handled by another company. I provided evidence but have not received a response since late February, despite following up twice. It's now late April with no resolution.
