I ordered a cabin suitcase which I returned immediately as it was too small.I waited a few weeks I recieved no refund.I contacted the seller but could not provide the information he asked for as I had no tracking number. Amazon couldnt help either.A few messages on Carl messaged to say a refund had been issued. Im unsure as to what the delay/problem was, but im glad I chased it up. Thank you Carl I have received my refund.
