If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased this hoping it would thicken my hair, but it did nothing. I called to cancel my order and thought everything was resolved, but then they attempted to charge my card multiple times. I had to change my card number because they wouldn’t stop trying to charge me. Despite my cancellation, they sent me a box and continued to pursue payment. I informed them I would return the unopened package if they provided a return label, but their policy states I must pay for return shipping, which I refuse to do. They threatened to send me to collections, which is fine; I have proof of their attempts to charge me after my cancellation. Unfortunately, I can't recall who I spoke to when I canceled since I thought it wouldn’t be an issue. I learned my lesson. The product itself isn't terrible, but the customer service is incredibly poor.
