I selected Kern’s to install new carpet and LVP on our third floor. I selected a Karastan carpet with their best padding and Rigid Core LVP. I provided measurements that my contractor took for the carpet and told them I would need six boxes of LVP. I also explained we would move the furniture and we wanted them to remove and haul away the old carpet. I asked for a general price for everything, understanding it could change once they take measurements. Two days later, I did not have this information. It seems as though they did not want my business, so I selected another company.
