No follow through

I selected Kern’s to install new carpet and LVP on our third floor. I selected a Karastan carpet with their best padding and Rigid Core LVP. I provided measurements that my contractor took for the carpet and told them I would need six boxes of LVP. I also explained we would move the furniture and we wanted them to remove and haul away the old carpet. I asked for a general price for everything, understanding it could change once they take measurements. Two days later, I did not have this information. It seems as though they did not want my business, so I selected another company.

I'm going with 5 stars because I really had no concerns. From Randy, the measuring guy, to the staff at the store, we had zero problems. Everything was done timely and as indicated. No fuss. We have gone with other carpet stores in the past and did not receive this kind of service. We kept looking till we got it right!!

I would recommend Kerns Carpets to anyone that wants great results. The flooring that I selected Turned out better than I anticipated, when visualizing it through samples, It was a pleasure working With Rachel, and the installers did a wonderful job!
