I used Daniel Garner of Kesar and initially they were very switched on and helpful and transparent with costs etc ...However as the case moved on and wasn’t successful the service dwindled and the excuse was they were trying to keep the costs down!I did not request to keep the costs down at the end I had waited over a month for a reply and I requested that we called it a day and I had paid up front so asked for a refund.I wanted to finish and told them and the bit that peeved me was they had a meeting about it and charged me over £250 !!! To reduce what they owed meThis isn’t sour grapes because I did not win the case. There have aired my views
