I have used this firm for many years, and I have had both good as well as outstanding work produced by them. In times of urgent need is when I have found them at their very best, acting quickly and responding with flexibility. Mladen Kesar will mostly always take my call and takes the time to listen to my issues - whether or not the firm can help. I think what might let them down somewhat is when they have too much work on which can slow down how cases progress - but this also comes from the court system backlogs too. With limited staff and budget, someone will have to take a backseat when urgent cases come in and have to be dealt with. And this has happened in my cases too, but with my full understanding of this reality. Big thanks to Mladen, Louise, Tega, Lilly and the rest of the team for putting up with all the crap I bring to the door.
Very professional. Excellent communications interface with client. Very clear and straight talking. Very prompt responses to communications. I have complete confidence in their thoroughness, methodology and customer care. I know that as an ex prisoner I am in excellent hands.
Another organisation who find every excuse in the book not to take on cases against the police, even though they advertise it on there website…All these firms offering action against the police are useless.. I do urge the public to ring the firms which will prove I am correct in what I have wrote.These organisation in reality do not work in the best interest of there clients but instead they support the criminal police staff, because they find every excuse in the book to protect public bodies.. truly shocking! I made a list of these solicitors and I will not use or recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs
I instructed Kesar & Co Solicitors in regards to a community care matter on legal aid. I used Daniel Garner of Kesar and initially they were very switched on and helpful and transparent with costs etc ...However as the case moved on and wasn’t successful the service dwindled and the excuse was they were trying to keep the costs down!I did not request to keep the costs down at the end I had waited over a month for a reply and I requested that we called it a day and I had paid up front so asked for a refund.I wanted to finish and told them and the bit that peeved me was they had a meeting about it and charged me over £250 !!! To reduce what they owed meThis isn’t sour grapes because I did not win the case. There have aired my views
