A very poor customer experience. I ordered the product on 20 January 2025. They repled stating they would fulfil the order by 3 February 2026. At the end of that week, I did not recieve my product, and emailed them on 6 February 2026 on the status of my order. No reply or product recieved.
I will be submitting a complaint to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
This has the hallmarks of a scam.
