this by FAR the worse online pucrchase ever done in my life! order was placed and paid on 19th January 2026 and by 25th Feb 2026 still nothing. label was apparently created on 6th Feb but no tracking available on AUS post which tells me something is fishy. I have moved in the meantime and not able to change adress, which means i'll never get my product.
Scammers I haven’t received anything from them at all been almost a month no reply to emails messages on WhatsApp no calls answered nothing. Stay away save your money go else where
I tried to contact the company to arrange a refund before the item shipped but there was no reply even after 4 emails and texts.
Would not recommend based on the level of customer support I experienced for my first order.
A very poor customer experience. I ordered the product on 20 January 2025. They repled stating they would fulfil the order by 3 February 2026. At the end of that week, I did not recieve my product, and emailed them on 6 February 2026 on the status of my order. No reply or product recieved.
I will be submitting a complaint to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
This has the hallmarks of a scam.

Ordered on the 23rd of Jan with express postage. Much like the others received zero comms. Reached out 13 days ago no response. Reached out yesterday no response. Called the phone their mailbox is clogged and I couldn't even leave a message. Just avoid this company. No respect to even communicate back.
Absolute Bullshit!! Just like the reviews before me, they are all true. I Placed order before Christmas, it's the 4th of February, and still nothing. Anna, the owner, or whoever she claims to be, returned my email with promises that they are backlogged and that it would be dispatched out this week, although just an unsettling feeling of no postal updates, no responses to any emails, just Crickets. There is not evan a phone number to contact to speak to customer service. She and this company are misleading. She placed a scam banner on her website of others' businesses claiming to be hers, but I assure you, KETO AUSTRALIA is the scam. Please do not purchase from them; as you will lose your money and get nothing in return. Just disgusting.
I have been using this Keto product and the experience has been positive. It is easy to use and feels like good quality. I noticed a difference in my energy levels and overall routine. Delivery was on time and everything was smooth. Satisfied so far.
