I originally ordered my gummies on the 2nd Jan . I had minimal correspondence from “Anna” in response to my questions regarding shipping. The answer was always “in 2weeks time !!!” My product was shipped a month later when a second payment was taken off . I was suddenly billed for a subscription!!!
Once I navigated the complex website and deleted my payment methods and emailed them AGAIN I have had no further correspondence ( apart from the general email saying delivery times are delayed )
I am still waiting for my second shipment ( the one I unknowingly paid for ) to arrive .
The funny thing is I started my keto journey without the gummies ( due to delayed shipping) and am doing well without them . You need to add 8 carbs per day when taking them !!!!
I do not recommend these gummies and/or this company .
Oh and BTW I know I will not get a refund as I have written a negative review as per their fine print 😡
