I made the mistake of signing up and paying for a 6-month subscription and had to go through countless steps where I was supposed to pay even more for other things such as an upgraded diet plan, training and even a personal coach. After that nothing were as expected: it was complicated, difficult to understand and very confusing. I didn't understand the structure, the program, diet or the training plan. It was also designed to be as difficult as possible to cancel my subscription and I had to guess but I probably didn't succeed - so now I have to get my self a new card instead. NOTE! Just ten minutes after I bought the product I emailed about a refund, which was rejected on the grounds that I had started using the product. But I did not start using the product at all and they know it. And as if that weren't enough they now say I purchased goods within the app, something I absolutely haven't done at all.
