I promptly cancelled my subscription right after signing up due to financial constraints on July 2, 2025. However, a payment was deducted on December 27, 2025. When I inquired about this, the support team terminated my subscription and denied my refund request. They claim I only cancelled on the 27th and that I need to cancel 48 hours before a payment is processed.
The app gives inaccurate details regarding the data and features available on the basic paid plan. The access is much more restricted than what was promised. Cancelling the subscription is unnecessarily complicated, and even after cancellation, charges kept occurring. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this app.

This isn't even a proper app. The recipes are confusing, asking for tiny amounts like 1g of an ingredient. I thought I had paid for a yearly subscription, but my card was charged monthly. The cancellation process is ridiculous, and there's no option on the app to update my payment details, so I have no idea where my information is stored.
This is a scam! They take your bank information and keep charging you. I've reached out multiple times via email and chat, but there's no way to cancel. The cancellation process leads you in circles with pop-up messages that prevent you from proceeding. I've received no response to my emails. Please avoid this service!
