KetoGo.app are breaking EU law in that they refuse to keep the 14-day cooling off period. 14-day cooling off period is a law in Latvia, where the company is registered and part of the EU. I wanted a refund the day after I bought it. I could not find an app which is what they sold me, but I was told they had not sold me an app! They refused my information about the cooling off period and only refunded me when I sent them a lawyer's letter in both Latvian and English. They then lied in their reason for giving me a refund saying it was not suitable for my chronic conditions! It is a Keto diet and that is the very best diet for diabetes and all chronic illnesses. Keto is recommended by many global doctors (eg. Dr Fung, Dr. Bikman and his InsulinIQ website and many more. There are books about how healthy it is to keep your insulin regular which is what Keto does. So really, they do not know what they are talking about. A red flag should have been the fact that their 2 nutritionists mentioned with photos on their website do not have surnames! No real nutritionist is embarrassed to show their surname, on the contrary it is good for their work that people know who they are. When I asked for the name of the CEO or owner they refused to give it to me. This is a horrible firm that breaks the law and has no good customer service.
