I purchased the app because it said it had a 30-day money back guarantee and that is not true! The app itself is nice with good recipes but they are really pushing the premium membership, which I did not sign up for. I clicked on track exercises and was immediately charged $23.99 when I was just inquiring about it. I emailed customer service and got a long, wordy, drawn out response that led to refund request has been rejected. I sent a follow email about the 30-day money back guarantee and will add that to the review once I hear back or if I hear back from them. Update 7/15/2025: I received a response with a lot of mumbo jumbo about eligibility for a refund they still did not grant but canceled my membership. BE AWARE, they capture your card information but your card information is not in your profile so that's how they charge you because there is no where in the app to remove your payment information.
