I was referred to this service for their bread and rolls by a friend with diabetes. The product was fantastic, and we've ordered twice. However, in my last order, I added the mince pie bake, which contained hard bits in the fruit mix. It was quite unpleasant; I tried two pieces and ended up discarding it. I contacted the support team for a refund, but they refused. So, proceed with caution.
