I wish there was more explanation on the site about what this program includes. Is it just a straight receipt book? Is it meal plans that are spelled out weekly? Does it calculate the nutritional value of individual foods or entire meals? Very hard to buy into the program with so little available information and program description. But I did anyway… I think the site needs to provide more: your program includes 1) 2) 3). Will I be getting more info via email?
