I wish there was more explanation on the site about what this program includes. Is it just a straight receipt book? Is it meal plans that are spelled out weekly? Does it calculate the nutritional value of individual foods or entire meals? Very hard to buy into the program with so little available information and program description. But I did anyway… I think the site needs to provide more: your program includes 1) 2) 3). Will I be getting more info via email?
This is by far the best app for ketogenic dieting. The service is quick to respond, the photos, recipes, water intake log and weight loss updates are very user-friendly. There are added features you can choose to use. Highly recommended and one I will use again in the future.
PLEASE AVOID- as others have stated, underhanded with T&Cs. Like others I purchased and cancelled back in 2022. I have received NO communication from them since that time. Not one email. It is a requirement under UK law that companies must notify you when a subscription is due for renewal. I noticed my bank account had been charged £98! This was for an annual subscription I had not authorised at an increased price I had not been made aware of. Unfortunately, having checked back, they have taken money year on year with me being unaware. The matter has been escalated with my bank and I will pursue with counter fraud and the office of fair trading.
I purchased a Mediterranean diet plan from this company and immediately all correspondence changed and came under the heading No Carb challenge instead of Mediterranean challenge. Then when receipt for payment arrived Keto Cycle was the company involved. When I looked at my diet plan it was indeed No Carb/Keto and not Mediterranean. I immediately contacted the company and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund. They responded saying I could switch to my preferred diet plan in app. I followed instructions and selected Mediterranean diet when prompted. However when I viewed this chosen diet it was still Keto only the name had changed. I contacted the company again and again. Their correspondents sign off as part of the no carbs challenge team. They have now given me a 25% refund even though the product is 100% unacceptable to me and was misrepresented in their advertising. I continue to request a total refund.

Dishonest billing practices and poor service.I signed up for Keto Cycle over a year ago and never used the app — it simply wasn’t helpful or worth the money. Since then, I received no communication from the company, and without warning, they auto-renewed my subscription and charged me $66 USD.No reminder email, no heads-up — just money taken from my account for an app I haven’t touched in over a year. With rising prices and changing circumstances, it’s unacceptable to trap users in hard-to-cancel subscriptions. A reputable company would notify customers at least once in a year before charging them again.This feels sneaky and exploitative. I wouldn’t recommend Keto Cycle to anyone.
