I purchased a Mediterranean diet plan from this company and immediately all correspondence changed and came under the heading No Carb challenge instead of Mediterranean challenge. Then when receipt for payment arrived Keto Cycle was the company involved. When I looked at my diet plan it was indeed No Carb/Keto and not Mediterranean. I immediately contacted the company and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund. They responded saying I could switch to my preferred diet plan in app. I followed instructions and selected Mediterranean diet when prompted. However when I viewed this chosen diet it was still Keto only the name had changed. I contacted the company again and again. Their correspondents sign off as part of the no carbs challenge team. They have now given me a 25% refund even though the product is 100% unacceptable to me and was misrepresented in their advertising. I continue to request a total refund.
