Dishonest billing practices and poor service.I signed up for Keto Cycle over a year ago and never used the app — it simply wasn’t helpful or worth the money. Since then, I received no communication from the company, and without warning, they auto-renewed my subscription and charged me $66 USD.No reminder email, no heads-up — just money taken from my account for an app I haven’t touched in over a year. With rising prices and changing circumstances, it’s unacceptable to trap users in hard-to-cancel subscriptions. A reputable company would notify customers at least once in a year before charging them again.This feels sneaky and exploitative. I wouldn’t recommend Keto Cycle to anyone.
