I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. Not because I didn’t like the app. But their terms are unreasonable and it is a trap! I reached out Nov 13th 2025 and could only cancel today after multiple threats and emails and links that did not work to cancel until they finally agreed to cancel on their end. I wasted hours on this! They actually require you to prove their program did not work to cancel and do not provide a refund if time has lapsed and they know you are not using the app unless the app is faulty. I actually would have returned if they made it easy to cancel. Unfortunately I would say, stay away from making this purchase at least until they change their policies and make it easier to come and go. Zero integrity and very poor customer service. After canceling and refusing my 4 month refund, they ghosted me. So here they go, they are fine with another zero - 1 star review as long as they get your money. It is a choice they are making to gauge their customers. Very disappointing.
