So many add ons I ended up subscribing to an extra I didnt want for 3 months. I immediately contacted customer service when I realised but they were not interested. I now have an app I am reluctant to use as I am anxious I will be charged for extras. i requested reassurance to be told “On the initial page of your purchase you have been informed about the renewal of your subscription and the charges”I cant comment on the effectiveness of the app as I dont feel confident to use it without incurring extra charges.
