So many add ons I ended up subscribing to an extra I didnt want for 3 months. I immediately contacted customer service when I realised but they were not interested. I now have an app I am reluctant to use as I am anxious I will be charged for extras. i requested reassurance to be told “On the initial page of your purchase you have been informed about the renewal of your subscription and the charges”
I cant comment on the effectiveness of the app as I dont feel confident to use it without incurring extra charges.
