Purchased a well known brand of reptile thermostat two months later it failed. Contacted the seller who refused a return stating it was outside 30 days. This relates to a no quibble eselling agreement and is overridden by the sale of goods act and the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer confirmed from video evidence provided as did a local specialist retailer and a reptile society that the thermostat was faulty. The seller stated it was not it had been on test and there was no problem. I had to pay £11 to return the item as the seller refused a return, later refunded by PayPal. As I explained to the seller I had been forced to buy a thermostat so that my python hadn't died from cold he reluctantly agreed to a refund maintaining it was my fault.Buyer beware.
