Ordered some wood stain product which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged with a small leak. Notified Kettler upon receipt, advising them that the product itself was still usable and a replacement wasn't necessary, a partial refund would have been entirely acceptable. Received a prompt response from Kettler customer services, apologising for any inconvenience and with the offer of a full refund. Excellent customer services.
