Ordered some wood stain product which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged with a small leak. Notified Kettler upon receipt, advising them that the product itself was still usable and a replacement wasn't necessary, a partial refund would have been entirely acceptable. Received a prompt response from Kettler customer services, apologising for any inconvenience and with the offer of a full refund. Excellent customer services.
I have had cause to email Kettler a few times because I was ordering new cushions. I have found them to be extremely prompt and helpful. Today I had Mena helping me and she couldn’t have been more helpful, she suggested different options which was great! I would definitely recommend Kettler.
