Disappointing Quality

I purchased a coffee maker that stopped functioning after just three weeks. After returning it, I opted for another model, which also failed right out of the box, only producing a small amount of lukewarm coffee. I exchanged it for the same model, but experienced the same problem again. This was supposed to be a brand new machine.
