Terrible quality and worse customer…

Terrible quality and worse customer service. Received a Keurig mini as a Christmas gift. Six months later it is leaking all over the counter. Two phone calls and I was told both times the unit was covered and I would receive an email about shipping a replacement unit. Both times no email came. Third phone call I’m now told the unit is out of warranty based on when the unit was manufactured and they need “proof of purchase”. I explained again that two previous calls told me it was covered. They still want a receipt. I said how can I provide a receipt on something that was a gift six months ago. They don’t care. Only offered a discount coupon. I will never purchase Keurig. I will never recommend them. BUY ANYTHING ELSE. Save yourself some grief.
