Outrageously Bad Customer Service

I was using Keurig's auto delivery service for my coffee and have for a long time since before the pandemic. There were a few bumps along the way but generally I got my order and any problems were resolved by their customer service. I quickly learned to only call during business hours. If I didn't I was routed to an offshore call centre who generally responded by disconnecting my call after listening to my problem. I once tested this and 3 different agents did it in sequence. I assume this is due to poor training at the call centre.There were lots of problems during the pandemic lock-downs and I put up with the circumstances beyond Keurig's control. I've spent the last few months trying to get them to deal with their courier service because they drop the box in the lobby of my building and eventually notify me by email that it's been delivered. It's clear their customer service has no ability to fix any problem due to their rigid policies. Their solution is for me to deal with the courier service myself. That hasn't worked.Here's their last suggestion in an email.Good day Robin, I understand and we apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if you want to keep your auto delivery or cancel it.
