I would not recommend instructing Kew Law for shared ownership and new build conveyance.I personally found it difficult (most of the time) to speak to anyone about my case and I would have to chase a lot in order to get most updates on the progress.I felt that the information I received at times was conflicting. I was unable to proceed with the purchase of the house with Kew Law due to, from my understanding from how it was explained to me, issues with the land registry title. Before informing me of this however, a day prior of the intended exchange and completion, I was sent a financial statement- to send my deposit to Kew Law. I was only told they were unhappy to proceed until after the money had been sent to them- inevitably this was extremely upsetting for me and the entire process caused me significant stress.However, I later instructed another solicitor, whom I managed to exchange and complete with on the same property...
