DO NOT USE Called at 11am, paid £142 immediately for the call-out to release the car keys locked in my car, and was given a two hour window with the assurance of a call/text from the technician. No contact was made by the technician. Contacted the call handlers after 45 minutes, again after another 30 minutes and again after another 30 minutes to be assured the technician had been delayed on a previous job. I was assured he had my job and would be with me. I was informed he was quite a distance away even though I had been originally told he was within a ten mile radius.Nearly three hours later, my friend called to express her concern at the time taken to be contacted as I am nearly 70 and had been standing in a biting wind in an unfamiliar part of the country without contact from the technician. The company would not now answer my calls or hang up if answered. Eventually I was contacted by a technician at 2pm and informed he would be with me at 3.15pm. He had only just been given the job!He kept me informed of his arrival time, was extremely friendly and arrived at the appointed time.Dishonest and misleading information given by the call handlers was unacceptable and potentially dangerous. The disregard for any form of customer service once the payment was made was poor. 4 and 1/4 hours wait was avoidable. I have yet to receive my receipt for payment despite numerous requests or a resolution from the company after an internal investigation.My one star feedback is for the technician and not the service received from the company!
