The lock broke on our car and the key fob wasn’t working despite new batteries, so we were locked out completely. Pat arrived and set to the task with incredible perseverance and skill; eventually managing to place a key into the ignition via a small gap in the door created by use of a series of inflatable airbags. Despite the first couple of strategies not succeeding, Pat would not be defeated, and worked late into the evening to get us into the vehicle.
