So when I phoned up I explained what my problem was and asked if they were able to help me.I had changed the battery in my key fob for my suzuki swift and the red key was flashing on my dash board which indicates that the key needs to realigned to the car/immobiliser.I was told that this would not be a problem and took a payment off me for 204.00 and informed me that in the likelihood they were not able to fix the problem the payment was nonrefundable. I asked again if they were able to sort my car problem out and they were really hopeful they could.So a lovely helpful guy came out and tried to realign the key to my car to no avail. He even phoned a more experienced person who told him to make me a key and try that way. Give him his due he did this but after this didn't work he informed me that my key needs to be aligned to my immobiliser so I asked him why he couldn't do this as on the site it states immobiliser problemsTold me he didn't have the machine to do this........ So I paid 204.00 unrefundable and my car still won't start because of this problem. Plus he immobiliser my remote key fob so I have to lock it manually.Not happy with the expense and I was informed that the office would contact me as they should know someone in my area who could help me. All I received from them was a message for a review so here it is.
