Extremely poor communication and incompetence from the staff. I have tried calling numerous times to chase up a query, only to be met with no response. On multiple occasions, staff have answered the phone but failed to respond, leaving me wondering if they have issues with their phone lines or just lack basic customer service skills. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
