Told to use the Premier estates portal to to address my questions in response to my email. Tried to register yet again, with error messages saying need to contact with email, did this yet again, got return message to log onto the portal with provided information.
Guess what error messages again, contact by email, why will they not provide a phone number to resolve this issue, spent 2 hours on this now, lost the will to live today, a probably simple task to resolve by phone, but no emails only. Aghh
Giving up, they will make contact to me somehow when payments not received.
What is happening to the world, no one speaks anymore.
I was advised to use the portal to address my inquiries following my email. I attempted to register again, but encountered error messages instructing me to contact via email. After doing so, I received a response directing me to log onto the portal with the provided details. Unfortunately, I faced the same error messages again, suggesting I reach out via email. Why is there no phone support to resolve this? I've spent two hours on this already and feel extremely frustrated. It seems like a straightforward issue to handle by phone, yet only emails are accepted. I'm giving up; they will likely reach out when payments are missed. What’s happening with communication these days?
They are insisting on payment for grounds maintenance despite the work not being completed as promised. Additionally, the annual charge for 2026 is being raised significantly, exceeding the UK official inflation rate by more than four times.
I have emailed multiple times requesting attention to a specific area of the estate, and I was assured it would be addressed. Months have passed with no changes, and now my emails are going unanswered. The estate is not being maintained properly. Very disappointed.
