This gentleman was very understanding, although at times I felt my attempts at humor might not have been appropriate for the serious nature of updating the family wills. However, he handled my lightheartedness with good grace, and looking back, I think I owe him an apology for not being more serious about it. That being said, he is a great example of someone who interacts well with clients and knows how to make them feel at ease, while obviously being very knowledgeable about his work. He instinctively knew when to explain things in plain terms when the legal jargon became unclear to my wife and me. We found him very likeable and professional, without any pretentiousness one might expect from someone in his field. He is someone my wife and I would enjoy talking to again. Overall, he is a credit to his profession, the company, and above all, himself.
