We have been using Keycafe for a while now as a solution for our company fleet vehicles. This system is a godsend for vehicle management and knowing who has the keys. We operate about 20 hrs each day and the vehicles are constantly being cycled through. I was recently "knighted" as the administrator of the system and had a very brief training session by one of our employees. However, it was not enough to fully utilize the system. Pablo Quezada is our Success Coordinator and he was able to quickly train me and get me up to speed regarding all the features (features we weren't using).
