We have been using Keycafe for a while now as a solution for our company fleet vehicles. This system is a godsend for vehicle management and knowing who has the keys. We operate about 20 hrs each day and the vehicles are constantly being cycled through. I was recently "knighted" as the administrator of the system and had a very brief training session by one of our employees. However, it was not enough to fully utilize the system. Pablo Quezada is our Success Coordinator and he was able to quickly train me and get me up to speed regarding all the features (features we weren't using). The system has been absolutely reliable and stable from the very beginning – both the key boxes and the code management work flawlessly in daily operations.Our guests handle the system extremely well. The access codes are clear, easy to understand, and enable a smooth self check-in process, which is a huge advantage, especially for properties with multiple rooms or apartments.I would particularly like to highlight the excellent compatibility with channel managers. We have been using KeyCafe for six months, and it has really improved how we operate. We can track key usage and check in with staff to see if they've had a key out for a long time.
