As the key representative for our 6x smart box installation at a Prestigious vehicle accident repair centre, I have had a great deal of insight into this product and on behalf of the company, I can full recommend. Being an accident repair centre; we have around 60 cars on site at a time. Some are in for a few days, others months. Vehicles are often moved around throughout the repair process and tracking/storing our customers car keys in a secure and tracked manner is of the highest priority. KeyCafe enables me to keep a track on who last removed the key and provide controlled times for varying technicians of when they can have access to them. This is 1 of the many, many features with this product. When things have gone wrong which is minimal in the 9 months since installation, it’s very easy to get hold of support. The outcome has usually been user error our end, but this has been educated to us to avoid it happening in the future. A special shout out to Dimitri Galanos whom despite working on the success team, routinely checks in to ensure that everything is still running smoothly. He has also helped us with technical matters when learning the product and throughout, a real asset to the company and makes the whole experience a breeze.
