I bought a keyboard after reading that returns were possible within 7 days if I wasn't satisfied. The website indicated that I needed to email them to receive the warehouse address for returns. They also noted that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. When I tried to return it and requested the warehouse address, I was informed that it was in a distant location, meaning I had to pay for shipping from the USA. This critical information was omitted from the website and only revealed after my purchase. It's quite frustrating.
