Review Time
Last November I bought a K10 QMK (ISO Layout) - Version 2 which is well-made with quality materials. However, it took 3 weeks to arrive, and the wireless Bluetooth interferes with my Logitech ERGO M575S mouse.
Getting customer support has been a nightmare. The support is provided by Willdesk and is beyond terrible. I had to email them 3 times before I got a reply. The monosyllabic questions that followed didn't fill me with confidence, and I am still waiting for their reply.
You will notice on their page that not all the keyboards have reviews, and most of those that do, don't have many. Keychron only keeps the positive, top scoring reviews!
A month after I bought my keyboard, I received an email asking me to write a review. My review wasn't dissimilar to this one, I talked about my experience and scored it 2 out of five. The review was published, but it disappeared after a few days!
Keychron cannot be trusted, AVOID!

The presentation leads to an expectation of modern wireless functionality, yet the limitations were not transparently communicated. This lack of clarity resulted in acquiring a product that does not suit my needs. The returns process is also problematic. While returns are technically allowed, the company does not refund the initial shipping cost and expects customers to cover return shipping to a distant location. This means customers bear all shipping expenses for a poorly described product, making returns financially impractical. The original shipping cost was not clearly stated on the website or during checkout, further eroding trust. As a result, returning the keyboard is not worthwhile, and I am left needing to resell the item to minimize losses. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unfair experience. I would strongly advise potential buyers to read specifications carefully and be aware that if the product does not meet expectations, the returns process heavily favors the seller at the customer's expense. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
I ordered a keyboard through the company's German website, which clearly indicated it was an ISO layout. Both the product preview and the order confirmation confirmed this. However, I received a Japanese JIS keyboard, which has a significantly different layout. After reaching out to customer support and providing evidence from the product page, I initially received no response for a long time. Eventually, a representative even accused me of altering the screenshot, which was completely unfounded and unprofessional. Further communication revealed that there was an error on the website, multiple similar cases had occurred, and the listing has since been corrected. Despite these admissions, the company refuses to cover return shipping costs, expecting me to send the keyboard back to China at my own expense. They only offered a partial refund and a set of keycaps, which does not resolve the issue. This is especially disappointing given my previous satisfaction with another keyboard purchased from a different platform. In conclusion, while the product quality is good, the misleading presentation, poor communication, and lack of accountability when issues arise are concerning. I cannot recommend purchasing through the company's German website.

They also noted that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. When I tried to return it and requested the warehouse address, I was informed that it was in a distant location, meaning I had to pay for shipping from the USA. This critical information was omitted from the website and only revealed after my purchase. It's quite frustrating.

I've had the worst experience with this company. Over the years, I've dealt with various companies that might have delayed shipments, but they typically try to rectify the situation when contacted. This company, however, does not even bother to respond, let alone resolve issues. I will likely have to pursue a refund through my credit card provider. My advice is to steer clear!
