Customer support was nice, and responsive. They sent me new switches for free and tried to troubleshoot. But the fact is: - There were double input problem- now keys dont register due to wrapped PCB- They had me troubleshot to avoid replacement, and in the end wasted a lot of time The keyboard is worse than a 10eur one. cant even type properly, entire row of letters just randomly does not register and they haven't offered an exchangeExpensive brick.
