The Q series keyboards are very nice boards, manufacturing quality is really quite nice. However, the USB port on those boards is a joke, it's wobbly right from the get go, and in my case, it started cutting in and out after 6 months of purchase. Luckily the USB-C port is on a daughter board, so this should be a quick fix with them sending me a replacement part, right? right. After waiting a total of around 40 hours for 2 (!!!!! in total) chat messages from their Chat support, and, never receiving a reply to my email, they made it clear that they won't just ship out a spare daughter board with a production value of 1-2 euro, if not under. Considering the price and this being a keyboard kit where you are heavily encouraged to assemble / modify it yourself, this is a truly pathetic service quality that is looking to find it's match.
