I purchased a keyboard online in November 2024 and experienced no problems for several months, successfully switching the Bluetooth mode between two devices. However, by September 2025, the Bluetooth functionality failed. I am not very tech-savvy, and after a lengthy wait for a response from customer support, I was informed that the battery might be at fault. While the keyboard still functioned with a cable, the Bluetooth capability—my primary reason for purchase—was no longer operational. Support requested that I:
1. Record a video demonstrating the Bluetooth issue
2. Explain the steps in the video
3. Disassemble the keyboard to take internal photos
4. Before proceeding, I sought confirmation that opening the keyboard wouldn't void my warranty.
5. After receiving confirmation, I took the requested photos.
6. They then offered me a compensation of EUR 15, which I declined.
7. I sent them the warranty terms from the company's website instead.
8. They subsequently proposed a replacement keyboard.
9. However, I was required to pay EUR 10 for shipping the replacement. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the keys and the metal casing. I hope the Bluetooth issue is an isolated incident. It seems that customer support aims to exhaust customers so they ultimately give up and either keep or discard their product. It's quite disappointing, unfortunately.
